... a certified Peak Pilates Instructor and your personal cheerleader for mindful movement. I love helping clients of all backgrounds feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies, one breath, one session at a time.
My Story
I’ve always had a deep love for movement, the outdoors, and connecting with people. Living in the mountains brings me a sense of peace and grounding that I try to carry into every session I teach. My passion for fitness started early, and becoming a Pilates instructor felt like the perfect way to combine that with my love for encouraging others. Teaching allows me to create space for people to move with intention, build strength, and feel truly supported—both physically and emotionally.
